Delivery Information
Delivery Days
Our regular delivery days are Monday to Saturday.
We do not deliver on Sundays (except Mother's Day Sunday). If you would like your flowers delivered on Sunday or have a special delivery request, please contact us at hello@bomflowers.com, and we will promptly reach out to assist you.
Greater Vancouver Flower Deliveries
We offer premium flower delivery across North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, and surrounding Greater Vancouver areas.
Same-day delivery is available Monday–Saturday for online orders placed by 9:30 a.m. (Pacific Time). Deliveries typically arrive in the afternoon or early evening. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery day or on the scheduled delivery date selected at checkout.
Delivery Fees:
-North Vancouver / West Vancouver: $15
-Vancouver: $16
-Burnaby / Richmond: $17
-New Westminster: $19
-Coquitlam / Port Coquitlam / Port Moody / Surrey & Delta: $25
-Langley / White Rock / Maple Ridge: $30
Incorrect Address / Re-Delivery
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
When The Recipient Is Not Home
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the order in a safe place or attempt delivery later in the day. We may also try calling the recipient to determine a delivery solution. If the recipient is at work all day we suggest sending the order to the workplace. You will be notified if a delivery cannot be completed for any reason.
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or will not accept the delivery we will attempt to find a delivery solution. If the delivery cannot be done the next business day you will be notified to discuss a solution to complete the delivery. You will also be notified if a delivery cannot be completed for any reason.
